Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy

This is probably one of the easiest recipes you will ever find. At first, I wasn't too sure about trying it because it WAS so simple to make, but in the end, it was a huge hit. My kids went crazy over it and each had seconds, that NEVER happens. Definitely try this recipe, its yummy!!

Ingredients:

3 large boneless chicken breasts
2 cups chicken broth
2 packages brown gravy mix (you can also use chicken gravy if desired)
Mashed Potatoes (homemade or packaged)
*Cooked Pasta may also be used in place of potatoes

Directions:

Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Pour in chicken broth. Sprinkle two packets of gravy mix on top and close lid. Cook on high 4-5 hours, low 7-8 hours. Once cooked, shred chicken with fork. Prepare mashed potatoes (or pasta if desired) and scoop chicken/gravy on top of potatoes/pasta. Enjoy!!

Simple huh? Not much to it but it is full of flavor!!!
